Privacy Policy

Online Office Tools (“we”, “our”, “the site”) provides free browser-based utilities. We designed the product so that tool processing happens on your device whenever possible.
1. Tool processing
Text, files, and other inputs you enter into our tools are processed locally in your browser. We do not upload your tool content to our servers for processing, and we do not store tool drafts on our servers. Drafts may be kept temporarily in your browser’s session storage so language switches do not erase your work; those drafts are cleared when you close the tab.
2. Analytics and advertising
We may use Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show relevant ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can learn more and manage ad personalization at https://www.google.com/settings/ads and https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
3. Cookies
Essential cookies may be used for site operation. Advertising cookies from Google AdSense may be set when ads are shown. By using the site with ads enabled, you acknowledge these technologies as described in Google’s policies.
4. Contact pages and email
If you contact us by email, we will use your message only to respond to your inquiry.
5. Children’s privacy
The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
7. Contact
For privacy questions, use the Contact page on this site.
8. OCR language data
The OCR tool may download language model files from a public CDN (jsDelivr) to run recognition in your browser. Your images stay on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
9. PDF tools
PDF merge, split, rotate, compress, and images-to-PDF tools process files entirely in your browser using client-side libraries. Your PDF and image files are not uploaded to our servers. The compress tool may load a PDF.js worker script from a public CDN (jsDelivr).
10. On-device AI models
Optional AI image upscaling may download open-source model files from a public CDN (for example jsDelivr or Hugging Face) only after you explicitly start the tool. Images stay on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. No API keys are used.
